If the machine is out of warranty, please don't worry, we still provide repair service.

Yes we have. First we will show you, after shipment we will give you CE/packing list/commercial invoice/sales contract for customs clearance.

The machine is safe in transportation, we have three layers of packing

①Inside: The machine is covered by a waterproof plastic bag

②Middle part: The machine is covered with foam to protect the machine from vibration

③External: standard export wooden box. This way the laser machine will be sent to you safely. If you have any questions after receiving, you can contact us in time.
